Terms of Service
Upwork Jobs Agent · operated by Digidog · last updated 24 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Upwork Jobs Agent (“the service”), provided by Digidog. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use the service for an agency or company, you accept them on its behalf.
1. What the service does
- Imports freelancer profiles from Upwork and searches Upwork for jobs that match the filters you set.
- Uses AI models to judge whether each job fits, to write proposal drafts and to suggest filter changes.
- Notifies you of matches in the app, on Telegram and by email.
- Where you have arranged it, submits proposals to Upwork on a freelancer's behalf through a Business Manager added to that freelancer's Upwork agency, either after your approval or automatically with Auto-Bid.
- Shows market statistics built from publicly posted Upwork jobs.
2. Your account
- Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account and your agency.
- Give accurate information, and add only freelancers you represent and are authorised to act for.
3. Upwork
- The service is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Upwork. You remain bound by Upwork's own Terms of Service, including its rules on proposals, agencies and Connects.
- You are responsible for every proposal sent for your freelancers — including automatic ones — and for the Connects and boosts it spends. Review your filters, prompts and Auto-Bid limits before enabling automatic submission.
- Upwork may change or limit its API or policies at any time, which can reduce what the service can do.
4. AI output
Match verdicts, proposal drafts, analyses and market insights are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Read proposals before they are sent. Do not rely on AI output as the only basis for business decisions.
5. Acceptable use
- No spam, misleading proposals, or claims of experience a freelancer does not have.
- No attempts to access other agencies' data, overload the service, or bypass its limits or security.
- No use that breaks the law or third-party terms, including Upwork's.
6. Your content
You keep the rights to what you add — profile text, portfolio items, filters, prompts and proposals. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that every matching job will be found, or any result on Upwork such as views, replies or contracts. We may change features or these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Digidog is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities or contracts, spent Connects, or actions Upwork takes on an account.
9. Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your agency's data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk.
